The Apartments Urbania Club are designed in a traditional way with a typical architecture that will make guests feel comfortable. The apartments are housed in small low rise houses with white washed walls and small gardens. In total you will find 27 blocks which are surrounded by greenery and only a short distance from the Playa de las Americas and the Costa Adeje.
As already mentioned, the complex is made out of 27 blocks. Each of them has only one floor and houses 3 apartments. You will enjoy peaceful surroundings where the only thing you will hear is the rustling of the trees and the twittering of birds. In total there are 78 apartments offered, each of them fully renovated in 2000. You will find a bathroom, a kitchenette, a lounge, a safe and a terrace in all accommodations.
To the general facilities at the hotel count several swimming pools for you to go for a refreshing dip. Sun terraces with parasols invite you to lie down and relax. More leisure facilities can be found on the beach or in the town centre which are both just 300 metres away. A bus stop is located at 100 metres and a golf course can be found at 500 metres.
