The quiet and tranquil residential area in which the Apartamentos El Paradero is located allows guests to enjoy a peaceful holiday, away from the hustle and bustle but at the same time within easy reach of it. The two keys apartments were renovated in 2004 and therefore are offering comfort and a pleasant atmosphere along with modern surrounds. Within 500 metres you will find the beach, restaurants, shops, public transport and even the Magma and the Siam Park (congress centres) should you also have to work during your stay.
The apartments that are offered at the establishment are nicely decorated in a traditional Canary style, with wooden furnishings, tiled floors and friendly colours. Apartments have a balcony overlooking the charming white houses, beautiful gardens and surrounding areas. All have a kitchen, a bathroom, a living area, a safe (for rent), a telephone and a TV (extra charge).
The hotel does not have its own dining or drinking venues but it is located only a few steps from the Paraíso del Sol in which guests can take advantage of the facilities, including breakfast buffet, bar, etc. Outside the hotel you will find a swimming pool and a sun terrace. As already mentioned above, the beach is only 400 metres away and golf lovers can practise their swing on the golf course at 800 metres distance.
